The real face of integration is to first of all integrate the citizens so that they will learn the cultures of their visitors; while at the same time integration  and orientation programmes should be offered to the they foreigners . Failling to do so results to partial integration.No man is perfect. 


   Being far from the forigners and at the same time refusing to employ them in some of the strategic positions that involves they foriegners is very dangerous to the security of the host nation. How can you be able to understand the practical tricks and habits of your visitors without being integration.?

 As you integrate them , that means they will learn your culture and punctuate your security while host nation is kept in obscurity.

The inability of governments to realise that her own citizens needs complete orientation is the brain behind the poor results of their efforts to help they foreign nationals in their lands to abide totally to the cultures of their host countries.

How can you integrate forigners in your land when they citizens are not cooperating with them ?. Who will tell the rat outside that there is fish in the house? Is it not the home rat ?

It is high time that governments should stop pretending as if her citizens are perfect.
